Grapenuts Muffins

Grapenuts Muffins
1 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups grapenuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all the dry ingredients. Blend the oil, milk, and vanilla; pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir just enough to moisten.
Spoon into well-buttered muffin tins, sprinkling more grapenuts on top.
Bake in a 400 degree F oven for about 20 minutes.
Cool on a rack.
Serve warm.
